Dr. Rhamy grew up in Indiana where he later attended the Indiana University School of Medicine to receive his medical degree in 1997. He finished both his general surgery and urology residencies at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Dr. Rhamy later completed a mini-fellowship in brachytherapy at the Seattle Prostate Institute in Seattle, Washington.
Dr. Rhamy is board certified in urology by the American Board of Urology. He is an active member with the American Urological Association and the American College of Surgeons. In addition, he is an active member of the American Association of Clinical Urologists, American Association of Physicians & Surgeons and the American Lithotripsy Society. He has received numerous certifications on various minimally invasive surgical methods.
